Direction begins to shift.

§ S.01 · Starting point
Change is not the biggest risk. The bigger risk is that nothing moves soon enough.
Global by upbringing. Curious by nature. Clear by instinct.

§ S.02 · Perspective
Perspective is one of the most important things in business to me. It has been shaped as much by life as by career.
An international view is my way of reading the world. When you've lived in very different environments, you start to notice how differently people think, build trust and respond to change.
Growth barriers rarely come from people. They come from silos and from looking at the same thing through completely different lenses.
§ S.03 · Motion
Perhaps that is why I see quickly where movement has already started to slow. Where old ways of working are still being protected even when they no longer work. Where a brand can look strong from the outside but has lost its vitality from within. Growth doesn't stop in a single moment.
Good energy disappears first, then courage, and finally curiosity.
§ S.04 · The comfort-zone challenge
I want to challenge companies' comfort zones. Expertise alone rarely creates growth. What matters is how willing people are to challenge familiar ways of thinking. The most interesting thing is to find the next opportunity before it becomes obvious to everyone.
§ S.05 · Where I step in
I enjoy working with companies in situations where the business needs a new direction for growth, an international perspective, or the courage to see the next opportunity.
Often it's about unlocking growth, modernising a business, expanding internationally or finding a new commercial direction. Sometimes it's simply about helping an organisation move together again.

If this resonates, let's keep the conversation going.
Maybe we'll find something interesting together.
